Ashley Schaefer

Ashley Schaefer has a diverse work experience in the public relations and media industry. Ashley started their career as a Promotions/Marketing Intern for News 12 Long Island at Cablevision in 2010. In 2011, they interned at NBCUniversal, Inc., specifically in the Media Relations department at MSNBC/NBC News Communications. In 2012, they worked as a Project Leader at Friends of the Bay and as a Publicity Intern at Deborah Hughes, Inc. Later that year, they joined Lippe Taylor as a Media Coordinator, then progressed to Media Associate and Media Specialist. Ashley joined BOLD PR in 2015 as an Assistant Manager. In 2016, they moved to 5W Public Relations, where they worked as a Senior Account Executive and later as an Account Supervisor. In 2019, they joined Michele Marie PR as the Editorial Director before being promoted to Vice President, and eventually Senior Vice President in December 2021.

Ashley Schaefer obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations from Hofstra University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
