Lucy Natalello

Lucy Natalello has extensive experience in sales performance management and business support, currently serving as the Sales Performance and Change Manager at Michelin since October 2018. Prior to this role, Lucy was a Service Delivery Coordinator at Environmental Essentials from September 2012 to October 2018, and worked as a Learning Support Assistant at Randstad for a brief period in 2012. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from the University of Staffordshire, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
