Julie Sharpe

Julie is a highly regarded lawyer whose work has a particular focus on complex residential development and the strategic land sector. She works for both private landowners and developers and regularly deals with promotions, collaboration agreements, pre-emptions, phased development management agreements, title issues, options, overage and other complex land agreements.

Julie is also experienced in every aspect of investment portfolio work including day to day property management for both corporate and private clients. Her breadth of real estate experience enables her to help clients prepare and realise maximum value from land and property.

Julie is recommended in Legal 500 for her expertise in advising landowners on strategic development sites, noted as a 'Rising Star' in the 2023 edition. She is also ranked as an 'Associate to Watch' in Chambers Guide 2023.

Julie joined Michelmores as a partner in December 2022 having previously been at Charles Russell Speechlys since 2013.
