Lucy Tucker

Lucy is a senior associate in the Real Estate team. Having previously worked in the legal section at Devon County Council, she then trained and qualified with Michelmores.

Lucy advises on a range of commercial property matters, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, the granting and taking of commercial leases, Agreements for Lease, Conditional Contracts, secured lending work, estate management, refinancing transactions and property aspects of business sales and purchases.

She acts for a range of clients including those in the leisure and tourism industry and the education sector. Her clients include private companies, charities, developers, banks and pension funds.

She is also part of the Charities Sector, acting on behalf of charities in property-related matters, including asset transfer arrangements, incorporation aspects and advising on compliance with charities law. Lucy also undertakes ecclesiastical property work and works closely with the Registry for both Exeter and Truro Dioceses, based at Michelmores.
