Neil Mason

Neil is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Engineering team.

Neil specialises in resolving construction disputes during the procurement, design, construction or the management of buildings and infrastructure. He has acted for employers (both public and private sector) and contractors and subcontractors in a variety of sectors. He has experience in achieving results through negotiation and mediation and experience in adjudication, litigation and arbitration to force a resolution. Neil has worked across residential developments, leisure complexes, hotels, hospitals, prisons and landscaping.
