Erin Koglin

Erin Koglin currently serves as the Customer Relations & Employee Development Manager at Michigan Agricultural Commodities, Inc. since January 2018, where responsibilities include leading new employee recruitment and retention efforts, along with updating employee training and enhancing customer service. Prior to this role, Erin Koglin worked at Syngenta from May 2009 to December 2017, initially as a Sales Representative managing sales for Syngenta's NK seed and Crop Protection portfolio, then progressing to the role of AgriEdge Specialist, implementing the AgriEdge program for progressive growers in Michigan. Erin Koglin also held a Sales Intern position at Elanco in 2008 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business Management from Michigan State University in 2009.
