Richard Delegarde (Rick)

Richard (Rick) Delegarde has over 40 years of experience in the heavy equipment and machinery industry, currently serving as the Caterpillar Electric/Mechanical EPG Project Manager at Michigan CAT since September 1997. Richard (Rick)'s extensive background includes roles as an OEM & EPG Application Engineer, CAT Technical Communicator, EPG Sales Engineer, and EPG Project Manager, focusing on various Caterpillar products such as D342, D353, D399, and C4. Prior to this, Rick Delegarde worked at Kelly Tractor Co. from February 1981 to August 1997, where responsibilities included Shop & Field Service Technician, Supervisor, Parts Counter Sales, and Rebuild Exchange Coordinator. Rick Delegarde’s education includes Service Training in High Voltage Switchgear from Caterpillar Inc., certification in Troubleshooting & Repair Marine Gears from ZF Industries, and studies at Kelly Tractor Company and Florida International University.
