Ava Renfer

Ava Renfer is currently serving as the VP of Recruitment and Co-President at Michigan Innovative Marketing, where involvement began in September 2021. In parallel, Ava holds the position of Communications Assistant at Michigan Medicine for the Center for Global Health Equity since November 2022. Prior experience includes a Marketing Intern role at Plante Moran during summer 2024, and two internships at Jackson: serving as a JNLD Marketing Intern in summer 2023 and as a Strategic Support Associate in summer 2022, where responsibilities included developing marketing materials and supporting recruitment efforts. Ava is pursuing education at the University of Michigan from 2021 to 2025.
