Pauline Millichamp

Pauline Millichamp has extensive experience in project development and community outreach within the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) since 2005. In the role of Project Development Specialist in the Rental Development Division, Pauline focuses on financial packaging and outreach for new projects across seven counties in Southeast Michigan. As a Community Outreach Specialist, Pauline has contributed to grant administration and the delivery of MSHDA programs, working specifically with Wayne, Oakland, Monroe, and Macomb Counties. Pauline holds a Master of Public Administration from Eastern Kentucky University, a Master of Arts in Education from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, French, and Teaching from Western Kentucky University.
