Colleen Koning Cic

Colleen Koning, CIC has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Colleen currently serves as the Vice President of Commercial Underwriting at Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company since April 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lines Underwriting from July 2019 to April 2021 at the same company. From September 2016 to July 2019, they worked as the Director of Commercial Underwriting at Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company.

Before joining Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company, Colleen worked at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company. From August 2005 to September 2016, they served as a Commercial Underwriting Supervisor at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company. In this role, they oversaw underwriting activities and supervised a team. In addition, they held the position of Team Leader/Senior Commercial Underwriter from January 2005 to August 2005. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Lines Underwriter from December 2001 to January 2005.

Colleen Koning, CIC began their education journey in 1999 and completed it in 2001 when they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Western Michigan University.
