Jessica Kontur

Jessica Kontur serves as a Medical Operations Officer with the Michigan National Guard since December 2018 and has held the position of 1LT Medical Operations Officer in the Michigan Army National Guard since February 2015. Jessica's career began in the military as an E-3 enlisted in the MP corps and transitioned to a CDT within the CMU ROTC community, ultimately commissioning as a Medical Operations Officer for the 125 BN in Saginaw. Experience includes roles at Beaumont Health as a Nursing Assistant and Medical Scribe, facilitating patient documentation in the Emergency Department, and working as a Resident Assistant at Central Michigan University, providing support to residents. Education includes a Doctor's Degree from the University of the Incarnate Word, a Master of Public Health from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Central Michigan University.
