Julia Heilman

Julia Heilman's work experience includes roles as a Crew Network Foundation Scholar at CREW Network, a Real Estate Private Equity Summer Analyst at Bloomfield Capital, and a Member at Phi Gamma Nu - University of Michigan. Julia has also served as the VP of Internal Relations at Michigan Private Equity & Venture Capital and as a Research Analyst at Tatsoft and INS3 - Industrial Network Systems. Additionally, Julia has worked as an Administrative Assistant at BERGER, GHERSI & LADUKE PLC and held the position of Vice President of Business Development at the Community Consulting Club. Prior to this, they were a Sales and Marketing Intern at Dynamic BDC and worked as a Hostess at Clarkston Union Bar & Kitchen.

Ross School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of Business. Julia'sundergraduate education at the University of Michigan spanned from 2021 to 2025. In 2023, Julia also obtained a certification in Debt + Equity Optimization from The Academy of CRE Finance & Innovation. Additionally, they acquired a REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate – Levels 1, 2, and 3, With Distinction from Real Estate Financial Modeling in June 2023.
