Butch Bruce

Butch Bruce is an experienced operations and sales executive with a strong background in the rubber products industry. Currently serving as VP of Operations at Michigan Rubber Products since February 2007, Butch Bruce has held several key positions, including Sales Director, Technical and Commercial Director, General Manager, and Director of Technology. Prior experience includes a tenure as General Manager at Buckhorn Rubber Products from April 2016 to January 2018, and various roles at Buckhorn Rubber Products from August 1993 to February 2007, including Plant Manager and Senior Product Engineer. Butch Bruce holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
