Taylor Silvester

Taylor Silvester is currently serving as the Team Manager for the University of Michigan Women's Basketball team, where responsibilities include managing equipment and logistics to enhance team performance and organizing practice schedules to ensure operational effectiveness. In addition, Taylor is a Founding Member - Analyst with the Michigan Sport Venture Group, engaging in industry analysis and entrepreneurial skills development within the sports business sector. As a member of Business at Michigan, Taylor collaborates with professionals to deepen industry knowledge and build business expertise. Previous experiences include coaching at Dribbl and serving as a Summer Camp Counselor at Breezemont Day Camp, demonstrating leadership and teamwork in nurturing young campers. Taylor is pursuing a Bachelor's of Arts in Sport Management at the University of Michigan, building on a strong educational foundation from NYC Lab High School for Collaborative Studies, where a high school diploma was earned.
