Frank Delano

Frank DeLano is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience across multiple organizations, including Michigan State University and TEKsystems. With a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile and PMI approaches, Frank has effectively led teams in developing high-performing information systems. Key achievements include implementing SAP and Genesys solutions to enhance customer service operations at TEKsystems and establishing a Center of Excellence in project management at Dow Corning. Additionally, Frank has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching Bachelor's level courses in Management Information Systems and Computer Information Systems. Frank holds a Master's degree in Project Management from DeVry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Saginaw Valley State University.
