Lucía Martínez started their work experience in 2015 as a Becario at Ramón y Cajal Abogados, where they worked for two months. In 2016, they had an internship at Garrigues from February to December. Later in 2016, they joined Micocar as a Hotel Development Manager, specializing in assisting hotel receptions in increasing their revenue from taxi bookings by 25%. Additionally, they helped companies save 25% on their total taxi expenses. Micocar is an app that offers savings of 10% to 50% on all taxi rides.

Lucía Martínez completed their Master's in Digital Business & Innovation from IE Business School in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, with a focus on legal studies, between 2012 and 2016.
