Rachel Post

Rachel Post has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and psychology consulting. Rachel currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at MIcompany, starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MIcompany from September 2022 to April 2023. Rachel also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at GAIn® - The Global AI network starting in September 2022. Before transitioning into talent acquisition, Rachel was the owner of MakorIT, a company providing IT staffing solutions, since December 2006. Rachel also had a role as a Psychologist - Consultant at POST | BLANKEN + PARTNERS from February 2003 to March 2016, where they conducted psychological assessments and carried out recruitment processes for various positions.

Rachel Post completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Bar-Ilan University from 1998 to 2001. Rachel then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam, which they completed between 2001 and 2007. It is not specified when Rachel attended KJS, therefore it is unclear if they obtained any degree or field of study from that institution.
