Austin Smith

Austin Smith has extensive experience in technical support and instruction, currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at Micro Merchant Systems, Inc since June 2018. Prior to this role, Austin worked at Game Builders Academy from 2008 to May 2018 as an Instructor, managing classrooms and teaching video game design and programming to K-12 students. Additionally, Austin managed Game Master Games from March 2013 to August 2017, where responsibilities included inventory management, customer relations, and assisting customers with inquiries and purchases. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Adelphi University, obtained in 2008.
