Nick Punsalan

Nick Punsalan, PMP, is an accomplished Senior Project Manager and Principal Mechanical Design Engineer at Microaire Surgical Instruments, with extensive experience in leading complex medical device remediation projects to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and EU directives. Over a career spanning more than two decades, Nick has held various engineering and management roles, including Engineering Manager for both remediation and power products, where leadership in new product development for orthopedic devices was emphasized. Prior experience at Northrop Grumman Corporation and Sperry Marine involved oversight of project teams, technical documentation management, and a focus on hardware design processes.
