Andrew Goodale

Andrew Goodale has over four years of experience in supply chain management, shipping and warehouse management, freight handling, and merchandising. In 2020, they began working as a Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Analyst at Microbe Formulas. As Supply Chain Analyst, they were the main point of contact for all of the company's manufacturers and sourcing partners, and was responsible for increasing trust personally and professionally with vendors, speeding up production timelines, and expediting POs. Andrew also played a key role in ensuring information was input timely and accurately into SAP, managed multiple Jira boards, and worked with the Compliance Team to ensure the company's products were compliant with 21 CFR Part 101 and 111.

From 2018 to 2020, Andrew worked at ShipZOOM, first as Shipping Manager, then as Operations Manager, and finally as Warehouse Manager. As Operations Manager, they supervised 4 shipping managers, the inventory manager, and the pick pack crew. As Warehouse Manager, they were responsible for improving the inventory management system and increasing pick and pack efficiency.

From 2016 to 2018, Andrew worked at Kroger as a Freight Handler on the night shift. Andrew'sresponsibilities included operating a forklift, stocking shelves, setting up displays, merchandising product, and performing inventory audits.

In 2016, Andrew also worked as a Merchandiser at ProGro Partners.

Andrew Goodale attended Centennial High School from 2009 to 2013, graduating with a High School degree. Andrew then attended Boise State University from 2015 to 2022, studying Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
