Shaun Gaus

Shaun Gaus, Chief Executive Officer of Microbest, has over 24 years of experience in the specialty manufacturing industry, with the majority of that time spent in leadership roles. Prior to joining Microbest, Shaun served as President/CEO for a number of globally recognized companies and has a proven track record of driving value creation through profitable growth and operational efficiency improvements. He has extensive international experience and is fluent in German technical and business language. His areas of expertise include strategic planning and execution, business restructuring/turnaround, commercial operations, new product commercialization, channel-to-market strategies, LEAN/operational efficiency, performance management, and mergers and acquisitions. Shaun holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Lehigh University, where he also serves on the Advisory Council for the Department of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering.
