Mardi Noyes

Mardi Noyes is the Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Microbiologics in 2022, Mardi served as the Director of Human Resources for St. Cloud-based non-profit Catholic Charities for 16 years. She also instructed HR courses at St. Cloud State University for 9 years. In addition to her role at Microbiologics, Mardi serves as a Leaders in Giving Cabinet member for the United Way of West Central Minnesota and an HR committee member for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota. She also serves as the Vice Chair for the Youth Chorale of Central Minnesota Board of Directors. Mardi earned a BS degree in Applied Psychology from St. Cloud State University and a MPA from the University of Illinois.
