Nateisha Marchbanks, M.Ed.

Nateisha Marchbanks, M.Ed. has been working in the data analyst field since 2021. Nateisha is currently a Data Analyst at Microbiome Labs, where they are responsible for communicating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data and collaborating on synchronous projects. Nateisha is also a Data Analyst Fellow at Springboard, where they have completed over 400 hours of hands-on course materials and two in-depth capstone projects. Nateisha is also a Research and Data Analyst Intern at CHILDREN AT RISK. Prior to this, they were an Educator at Katy ISD from 2019-2021, where they analyzed and drew conclusions from quantitative and qualitative data and wrote three educational grants that were awarded a total of $15,000. Nateisha was also a Quality Assurance Liaison at PACCAR from 2013-2019, where they detected more than 100 cylinder heads with defects, trained over 20 machinists on standard operating procedures, and performed quality checks to ensure machinists were following SOPs.

Nateisha Marchbanks, M.Ed. has a diverse education history. Nateisha obtained a Certification in Data Analytics Career Track from Springboard in September 2022. In 2016-2017, they obtained a Master of Arts - MA in Education from Mississippi State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Political Science and Government from Mississippi State University between 2006-2013. Additionally, they have obtained two additional certifications: one in Data Analytics Career Track from Springboard in September 2022, and one in What Is Business Analysis? from LinkedIn in February 2021.
