Chad W. has a diverse range of work experience. Chad started their professional career as a Security Pricing Analyst at Neuberger Berman in 2009 before moving on to become an Equity Research Associate at Janney Montgomery Scott in 2010. Chad held this position until 2013, with a brief overlap of being an Equity Research Associate at Janney Montgomery Scott in 2010.

In 2012, Chad co-founded Social Magnet, Inc. and served as a Co-Founder until 2014. During this time, they gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship and building a company from the ground up.

In 2014, Chad joined Microblink as the VP Product, Commerce. Chad played a crucial role in the company's product development and management.

Around the same time, Chad co-founded JSwipe, a Jewish dating app that quickly gained popularity. Smooch Labs Inc (JSwipe) was later acquired by Spark Networks in 2015. Chad continued their work as the Co-Founder of JSwipe until 2018.
