Katie Nelson

Katie Nelson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer relations, sales coordination, and hospitality. Currently serving as Customer Relations Manager and previously as International Sales Coordinator at MicroCare, LLC since 2014, Katie has also held roles in fitness instruction, guest services, and front office management across various organizations, including LA Fitness and Holiday Inn. With foundational experience in cake decorating and product purchasing from Big Dipper Ice Cream Parlor and a hospitality degree from Briarwood College, Katie has developed a well-rounded skill set that encompasses customer service, management, and coordination.
