Nick Overstreet

Nick Overstreet has 10 years of professional work experience. From 2006 to present, they have been employed by Microchip Computer Solutions, where they have held the roles of IT Manager and Information Systems Engineer. In their role as IT Manager, they have been responsible for hiring additional IT Staff, managing client contracts for existing and new business, and leading a conversion project from an aging Citrix XA 6. As an Information Systems Engineer, they have been responsible for client support, finding solutions to software and hardware issues, resolving client issues, and tracking and resolving problems as they occurred, as well as quoting hardware. Prior to this, from 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Bank Teller at Illinois National Bank.

Nick Overstreet attended Glenwood High School from 1998 to 2001. Nick then earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Lincoln Land Community College in 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they attended University of Illinois Springfield, studying Criminal Justice. In 2011, they obtained a CompTIA A+ certification. In 2018, they obtained a Certificate in Becoming a Better Manager from Harvard Business School Online.
