Aharon Smbatyan

Aharon Smbatyan is a Principal Software Engineer at Microchip Technology Inc. since August 2023. Prior to this role, Smbatyan served as a Senior Software Engineer at Mobeus from September 2021 to April 2023, contributing to the development of Airglass, a communication and presentation software. Previous positions include Senior Software Engineer at Stealth and R&D Engineer roles at Synopsys Inc., focusing on EDA software, particularly Custom Compiler. Earlier experience includes developing PCB layout design tools at Aspen Labs, creating mobile games at Bonozo LLC, and co-founding Xinect for developing applications for Microsoft Kinect. Aharon Smbatyan holds a Master's degree in Development of Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Applied Mathematics from Yerevan State University, along with leadership training from Leadership School Armenia.
