John Costello

John Costello is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government affairs and business development within the technology and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as the Corporate Vice President of Government Affairs at Microchip Technology Inc. since August 2019, Costello also holds a position as an alternate on the Board of Directors for the Semiconductor Industries Association. Prior to these roles, Costello was a Corporate Vice President at Microsemi Corporation, contributing to business development and government relations since October 1989. Additionally, Costello served on the Board of Governors for the Aerospace Industries Association from January 2014 to January 2021. Committed to community service, Costello volunteered as a trainer in the City of Santa Clarita Boxing Program from 1993 to 2005, working with at-risk youth. Costello earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola Marymount University in 1983.
