Vivian Reiser

Vivian Reiser began their work experience in 2000 as a Broker Service Representative at Lehman Brothers, where they collaborated with Account Executives and served as the primary contact for broker calls. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a Business Development Manager at WMC Mortgage, where they researched program guidelines, managed loan statuses, and expedited closings. In 2008, they joined MicroDental Laboratories as an Account Manager, where they built strong customer relationships, attended trade shows, and tracked sales metrics. Vivian was later promoted to Dental Services Manager, responsible for training and mentoring a team of Account Managers and Service Representatives to exceed sales and retention goals. Most recently, they served as the Director of Customer Experience at MicroDental, leading and mentoring a team of Customer Success Managers and implementing new customer programs.

Vivian Reiser obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from CCSF, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
