Baldeep Sood

Baldeep Sood PMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Baldeep is currently an Associate Director - Operations Excellence at Microland Limited, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager - Operations Excellence at the same company from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Microland Limited, Baldeep worked at IBM India Pvt Ltd from 2012 to 2018. Baldeep started as a Sales Management Advisor and later transitioned into the role of Business Insight Coach. During their time at IBM, they were responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with SMS (Sales Management Support) standards. Baldeep coached Advisor teams across different regions and designed education modules to improve the quality of standard deliverables. Baldeep also conducted predictive analytics and trend analysis to provide recommendations for improving business performance.

Baldeep's work experience also includes a role as Manager - GE Water Interco. Controllership at Genpact LLC from 2006 to 2011. In this position, they managed the intercompany controllership closing and reporting process for GE Water business. Baldeep also handled the team working on the internal billing system.

Earlier in their career, Baldeep worked at ING Vysya Life Insurance as an Executive from 2003 to 2006 and at Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd as an Executive from 2002 to 2003.

Baldeep Sood PMP completed an MBA in Finance from DAVV Indore in the years 1999 to 2001. In 2019, they obtained a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute India. Additionally, they have acquired the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Axelos. Baldeep Sood PMP has also obtained various additional certifications, including Data Science Foundations - Level 1 and IBM Blockchain Essentials from IBM, as well as a Green Belt (Six Sigma) certification from GENPACT.
