Previously, Joy held the role of Director & Head of Marketing at Jay's Premium Foods and Assistant Manager in Change Management & Training at CIMB. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & Creative Writing from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Arts in Publishing & Editing from Monash University.
