Abdul Mateen

Abdul Mateen is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Currently serving as Senior Executive Human Resources at MicroMerger (Pvt.) Ltd. since November 2022, Abdul has previously held positions including Deputy Manager Human Resources at Sungi Development Foundation and Base HR at ACF International, where responsibilities encompassed planning HR functions, managing recruitment processes, and implementing training and development initiatives. Prior to these roles, Abdul gained valuable experience as Deputy Manager HR at Action Against Hunger, Sr. HR/IT Officer at WorldVision International, and as a Lecturer in Computer Science at both Hazara Public School & College and HASDIS Computer Masters College. Abdul holds an MS in Information Technology from Preston University and has a solid foundation in staff training, legal compliance, and HR policy development.
