Andrew Gaffney

Andrew Gaffney is a professional with a strong background in geology, currently serving as a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant and Technical Support Specialist at Micromine since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Underground Mine Geologist at Northern Star Resources Limited and Gold Fields, as well as earlier positions as a Graduate Mine Geologist and Geology Vacation Student at Gold Fields. Andrew's experience is complemented by a past role as a Painter and Decorator at Brisbane Painting Co. and a tenure as a Marine Technician in the Royal Australian Navy. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science from Queensland University of Technology, attained between 2017 and 2021.
