Teresa Cruz

Teresa Cruz is a highly skilled geologist with extensive experience in customer success and technical support within the mining industry. Currently serving as a Geologist in Customer Success at Micromine since May 2023, Teresa previously excelled as a MinePlan Specialist at Hexagon Mining from March 2020 to May 2023, achieving the highest customer satisfaction scores and handling the largest number of customer cases for two consecutive years. Earlier roles included Project Administrator at Pinchin Ltd., and various geology-related positions at Archer, Cathro & Associates, including Project Geologist and Geologist, where Teresa significantly contributed to key mining projects such as the Klaza property and Nadaleen Trend. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Simon Fraser University and a citation in Applied Geostatistics from the University of Alberta.
