Dong Valdeavilla

Dong Valdeavilla is an accomplished professional in capital procurement and supply chain management within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as the Director of Assembly & Test Capital Procurement at Micron Technology since October 2019, Dong leads a team responsible for managing capital equipment expenditures. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Backend Procurement at Nexperia and Director of Global Purchasing at NXP Semiconductors, where Dong secured supply chains and established strategic plans. Dong's extensive career also includes positions at SunPower Corporation and Philips Lumileds Lighting Company, along with foundational roles at Philips and STMicroelectronics. Dong holds a Mastering Semiconductors Business degree from Hult Ashridge and a BSECE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mapúa University.
