Kai Chee Lai

Kai Chee (Tony) Lai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Global Quality Supplier Quality Team at Micron Technology since May 2011. Responsibilities include managing supplier quality processes, leading analytics solutions for business improvement, and overseeing a team in global quality engineering. Prior roles at Micron involved significant contributions to process control and manufacturing efficiency, including a successful revamp of FMEA/QCP compliance and achieving a remarkable reduction in control point related escapes. Previous experiences at Numonyx and STMicroelectronics focused on Chemical Mechanical Planarization, yield improvement, and process transfer for advanced semiconductor technologies.
