Swaraj Patil

Swaraj Patil is a seasoned professional in the field of semiconductor device development and process integration. Currently serving as a Sr. R&D CMOS Device Development & Process Integration specialist at Micron Technology since August 2024, Swaraj previously held the role of Senior Engineer in Process Integration & Yield Enhancement at Analog Devices from June 2019 to August 2024, where responsibilities included technology transfer and resolving complex device issues. Earlier experience includes work as a Process Development Engineer at CITRIS and the Banatao Institute, a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of California, Berkeley, and internships in diverse settings such as Aker Solutions and the Korea Institute of Science and Technology. Swaraj holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering-Product Development from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology.
