Zach Harris

Zach Harris, SCM, CP, LCL, currently serves as the Category Manager for Construction Services at Micron Technology since May 2021 and is also the VP of Federal Engagements at The Outpost, a firm focused on advancing technology companies in both commercial and national security sectors since February 2021. Prior roles include Contracts and Procurements Manager for Motiva Enterprises LLC, where leadership was provided for contracting activities across a significant distribution network, and Project Procurement Lead, overseeing procurement strategies for project teams. Zach's experience extends to consulting at North Highland, directing aircraft operations and maintenance in the United States Air Force, and managing procurement logistics for satellite ground systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Rice University, a MA in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and a BBA in International Business from The University of Georgia.
