Stella Yates began their work experience in 2005 at Thomas Cook as an Apprentice and worked their way up to become Customer Service Manager. Stella focused on growing sales, improving the customer experience, and developing staff within the store. In 2013, they joined Micronclean as a Business Development Manager, responsible for key customers in the Cleanroom Solutions division. Over the years, they held various roles at Micronclean, including UK Cleanroom Sales Manager Designate, UK Cleanroom Sales Manager, Group Product Manager - Cleanroom Textiles, and currently holds the role of Associate Sales Director. In their current role, they are responsible for the Export Consumable Division, Cleanroom Cleaning team, and setting strategic visions for the Cleanroom Textile sector.
Stella Yates completed their education with a Senior Leader MBA degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Lincoln in the years 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from The Open University from 2008 to 2013. Stella also completed their A Levels in Psychology, Art, English Literature, and Sociology at Skegness Grammar School, although the specific years are not provided. In addition to their formal education, Stella also obtained certifications in the Bespoke Sales Programme from In Professional Development (INPD) in the year 2022.
