Donovin Innocent

Donovin Innocent has had a varied work experience. In 2021, they were a Salesforce and DocuSign Developer at Micronetbd Inc, where they maintained the Salesforce platform for numerous clients, configured profiles and administrative permissions, and utilized Salesforce change sets for deployments. Donovin was also a Systems Test Technician at ZT Systems, where they identified and resolved various errors within the server racks, wrote numerous lines of commands in Kali Linux and Windows Power Shell, and swapped and replaced out damaged components within the server racks. In 2020, they were an IT Fundamentals Engineer at NPower (nonprofit), where they acquired knowledge in the troubleshooting process, installed and configured different operating systems, and built different types of computers. In 2017, they were a Sales Associate at Hyatt Hills Golf Complex, where they greeted customers, assisted with scheduling tee times and planning events, and managed and maintained customer records in the Hyatt Hills database. In 2016, they were a Resident Assistant and Bookstore Associate at Monmouth University, where they planned and managed various initiatives and programs within the residential communities, managed personal office, and collected and organized various surveys.

Donovin Innocent has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Monmouth University from 2016 to 2020. Donovin then enrolled in NPower in 2020 to study IT Fundamentals, and is currently enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce.
