David Thomassey has worked for a number of companies since 2002. David began their career at Lesaffre as a Project Manager, Fermentation Superintendant, and Production Supervisor from 2002 to 2007. David then moved to Cargill as an EMEA Fermentation & Process Development Manager from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they joined DSM as a Fermentation & Process Development Manager and then moved to Axens in 2013 as a Senior Business Development Manager - Biotechnologies. From 2014 to 2022, they were employed at Lallemand as a Technical Director and R&D Production Manager - Dairy Cultures. Most recently, they have been the Chief Manufacturing Officer at Micropep Technologies since 2022.
David Thomassey attended the Institut national agronomique Paris-Grignon from 1996 to 1999.
