Nora Vandamme-Cissé has worked in the cosmetics industry since 2010. Nora began their career as a Beauty Advisor at Christian Dior in 2010, followed by a Beautician role at Esthetic Center, Beauty Salon in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Nail Technician at All Nails. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a R&D Laboratory Technician at NAHO COSMETICS, where they formulated various new cosmetic products and carried out quality control of the products at the end of the production process. In 2015, they also worked as a R&D Laboratory Technician at Microphyt. In 2016, they worked at Microphyt again, this time as a Business Developement Manager, Marketing Manager, and Product Manager. In their role as Marketing Manager, they monitored and analyzed the US market for natural ingredients for cosmetics, and recommended, implemented and followed up on the product development strategy. As Product Manager, they recommended, implemented and followed up on the strategy for the development of natural cosmetic ingredients. Nora also assisted and contributed to the realization of clinical studies of dermocosmetic products at BIOPHYDERM from 2015-2016.
Nora Vandamme-Cissé received their Brevet de technicien supérieur from Ecole Le Cozic in 2012, studying Esthétique/Cosmétique. Nora then went on to receive their Licence Professionnelle Chimie from University of Montpellier in 2015, studying Formulation Parfums, Arômes et Cosmétiques. Finally, they earned their Master II Management de l'Innovation from IAE Montpellier in 2018, studying Management de projet.
