Gabriel Fellmann began their work experience in 2019 as a Product Development Intern at Aluma-Form, where they utilized Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to revise parts and assemblies based on customer feedback. Gabriel also performed mechanical and electrical load tests and worked alongside quality control to ensure parts met dimensional accuracy and standards. In 2020, Gabriel joined Smith & Nephew as a Product Development Engineering Intern, where they continued to use CAD software to assist in developing robotic-assisted surgical instruments for hip surgeries. Gabriel participated in surgeon feedback meetings and made revisions to the products accordingly. From 2021 to 2022, Gabriel worked as a Product Support Engineer I at Smith & Nephew. Currently, Gabriel holds the position of Product Development Engineer at MicroPort Orthopedics, starting in 2022.
Gabriel Fellmann pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2017 to 2021 at The University of Memphis.
