Darius Holley

Darius Holley is the current Inside Sales Representative at MicroPulse Technologies and has held various positions in the sales industry over the past few years. Darius was previously the Senior Sales Director at the Alliance of American Football/Birmingham Iron (Defunct) from October 2018 to February 2019. There, they created innovative proposals and delivered strategic sales presentations while mentoring a team of five account executives with over $100,000 in first-month sales. Darius also prospected and developed client relationships for a new league and team to achieve sales targets. Darius then became the Director of Customer Service and Operations at Starke Agency, Inc. from February 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they organized and directed the organization’s operations and programs. Darius also developed, recommended, and managed annual benefit budgets while overseeing and building relationships with third-party benefits providers, auditors, brokers, and administrators. Darius designed and developed benefits programs and policies aligned with organizational objectives and goals while also being Agency Co-Owner and Sales Director at New York Life Insurance Company from December 2016 to October 2018.
