Dave Gillespie

Dave Gillespie began their career in 1992 as a Training Coordinator at Bennigan's. In 2007, they moved on to become a General Manager at Main Streets Cafe. In 2009, they took on the role of Bar Manager at Pazzo Pazzo. In 2013, they became a Food & Beverage Manager at the Park Avenue Club, where they were responsible for providing the highest level of member experience while celebrating "the spirit of giving" in the community. In 2014, they took on the role of Account Executive at Micros Retail Systems Inc, where they were responsible for Point of Sales solutions, CCTV, and Digital Display systems sales in Manhattan NYC. Finally, in 2015, they joined Micros Retail Systems, Inc. as a Project Manager and Installer/Programmer.

Dave Gillespie's education history includes attending St. George's College, Weybridge UK from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a High School degree. Dave then attended Bishop's University from 1989 to 1990, studying Economics. Lastly, they attended DeVry University-New Jersey from 2012 to 2014, studying Accounting.
