Gemma Reed

Gemma Reed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, primarily within the technology sector. Since July 2015, Gemma has held various leadership roles at Microsoft, including Asia Sales Director and Senior Business Program Manager, driving growth in the Support Business and transforming services across the Asia region. Prior to Microsoft, Gemma served as Professional Services Manager at UNiFY Solutions and held senior project management positions at Dimension Data, CITEC, and Suncorp, among others. Gemma's career began at IBM UK Ltd as an IT Specialist and earlier as a research chemist assistant at A H Marks. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The University of Huddersfield.
