Brandon Pineda

Brandon Pineda serves as the Director of Channel Development at Omilia - Conversational Intelligence since March 2023, where responsibilities include spearheading strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through effective channel management. Previously, Brandon held various roles at Textel, culminating in the position of Enterprise Account Executive, and served as Director of Channel Sales & Operations and Channel Manager at JourneyTEAM, where the company was recognized as the 2019 Microsoft Partner of the Year. Earlier experiences include Partner Manager at NICE inContact, where achievements included recognition in President's Club and exceeding sales quotas. Brandon also worked in various capacities at inContact and eBay. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University.
