Nav Mehta

Nav Mehta is a seasoned Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft, with a career spanning over two decades since June 2000. Mehta leads the Microsoft 365 Suite Services team, managing services that handle approximately 100 billion calls per month. Notable contributions include the development of Microsoft Places location-based experiences within Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Places Neighborhoods, facilitating remote work. Previously, Mehta was a direct report to the SVP of Engineering for the Developer Division, focusing on tools for software developers, and has held various roles including Development Manager and Software Development Lead, working across multiple layers of software development. An entrepreneurial venture saw Mehta founding a startup for affordable global accommodation during a sabbatical. Earlier experiences include internships at Symantec, AlliedSignal Aerospace Canada, and Messier-Dowty.
