Shreya Goswami

Shreya Goswami is an accomplished leader in data analytics and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the Director of Data Analytics & AI for Microsoft Australia and New Zealand since January 2021, where Shreya is driving substantial revenue growth and performance targets for Modern Data & AI services. Prior to this role, Shreya was the Director of Data & Artificial Intelligence for the Middle East & Africa region, overseeing operations across seven countries. Shreya's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Data Officer at Absa Group, leading a data analytics transformation across nine African countries, and holding multiple leadership roles at Barclays. Shreya's educational background includes a Certification in Applied Business Analytics from the University of Cambridge and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, among other degrees.
