Mari Sugimura

Mari Sugimura is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and cloud systems engineering at MicroStrategy since July 2003, holding multiple titles including Senior Cloud Systems Engineer and Principal Technical Support Engineer. With a strong background in supervising teams across the APAC region, Mari has also served in various technical support roles and as a technical account manager.
